During the period when,Binod Bihari Mahto was a member of the Communist Party had lost faith in all India parties. That time. So it is difficult to fight for Dalits and backward castes as a member of these parties. Then he along with Shibu Soren formed Jharkhand Mukti Morcha in 1972. And also take help of Ak Roy many movements were held for a separate state of Jharkhand under the banner of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha.

In this period Dhanbad is center poin of this movment (alag jharkhand) many leader came in leadership of  Binod Bihari Mahto, like Mathura Mahto, Jaleshwar Mahto, Mnshu Mahto also Pritam Dhanbadi is one of them.

Pritam Dhanbadi is not only activist while great painter of Jharkhand.his birth palce is Chirudih village under the Dhanbad district. The Chirudih village is very popular and center point  for activist,also great  palce for meeting during the Alag Jharkhand Movment, so Pritam Dhanbadi was also closed with Binod Bihari Mahto and participate with alag jahrkhand movment.

During the alga Jharkhand movement Pritam Dhanbadi’s painting is very famous in villages, his painting was giving different massage to youth of Jharkhand, and they are ready and alert for alag Jharkhand movement.
