Dumra Gram Panchayat is an administrative Panchayat of Haspura Block, situated in the Aurangabad District of Bihar State. It functions under the Panchayati Raj system and plays a vital role in local governance, development planning, and public welfare in the rural region.

Under Dumra Panchayat, there are five villages:Dumra,Habaspur,Mahuli,Narsan and Ratanpur.For effective local administration and democratic representation, Dumra Gram Panchayat is divided into 14 wards. The total geographical area of Dumra Panchayat is approximately 10.43 square kilometers.
